We are excited to offer you a 30-month warranty on your equipment. We will gladly accept any defective part or even a complete unit from you in order to repair or replace it, and return it to you.

At DermaJEM we have carefully selected each piece of equipment to provide you with the most durable and reliable products. We are always here to help you troubleshoot any issues. 

It is critical for equipment durability to properly clean and disinfect your equipment after every use. Damage caused by misuse and lack of maintenance can void the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accessories, and parts such as tips, gloves, or other accessories.

It is imperative that you book your equipment training as your warranty begins after you are expertly trained by our team.
