We are confident that you will love your equipment, but if you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date with the following conditions:
Please save your original packaging for a minimum of 30 days from the delivery date. We will require equipment to be packed in original packing materials in order to be eligible for a return. Items must be in brand-new condition and unused. Make sure you contact our Customer Care Department within seven (7) days of receiving your item to notify any damages or missing parts.
To be eligible for a return, you must reach out to our Customer Care Department first in order to get your Return Authorization. Only ship your product after talking to our Customer Care team. Once you have received authorization, returned products must be returned in the same condition that you received them and undamaged in any way. Remember, products have to be returned in their original package. DermaJEM has the right to refuse any returns that are not in their original condition. Items returned without the original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the item’s condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) business days after we receive the returns, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Allow your bank 5 to 10 business days from our refund receipt to show on your bank statement.
Shipping Charges for Returned or Exchanged are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you would like us to provide you with a return shipping label, please note that the cost will be deducted from your refund.
All gifted, complementary, or free items must be returned along with the main unit. Should the gifted items not be returned, the full cost of the item will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for adequately packaging their equipment for return to DermaJEM Headquarters to avoid any possible damage during shipping transit. Any damage resulting from improper packaging and insufficient protection inside the shipping box is the customer’s fault. Items returned must be tightly secured inside the package with accessories safely protected to avoid damage due to shifting during transportation.
Damage of the equipment due to unauthorized product modifications, abuse, improper packaging, or inappropriate use, or using prior to successfully completing all training courses is not covered under warranty.
Large equipment (any device larger than 75 lbs or shipped via freight) is only eligible for a refund if it is pre-authorized by the Customer Care Department to be returned in its original case and is in new/sellable condition within 30 days of delivery. DermaJEM will not issue a refund for any large device (75 lbs or shipped via freight) without its original case.
All purchases with terms or third-party financing (Clicklease) are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges only within 30 days of purchase.
All Serums and all accessories are non-refundable.
Items returned to DermaJEM after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted for return or exchange.
