Return and Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will love your equipment but if you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the following conditions:

Please save your original packaging for a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase. We will require equipment to be packed in original packing materials in order to be eligible for a return. 

Please notify the Customer Care Department immediately if damage is present when you open your package. 

To be eligible for a return, you must contact the Customer Care Department and your equipment must be in the same condition as when you received it. Ensure all Items being sent back are in good condition and packed in original packing material safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. 

DermaJEM has the right to refuse any returns that are not in their original condition.

Shipping costs for the returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like us to provide you with a return shipping label please note that the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned to DermaJEM after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)   

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
